Strategist:
Role of CEO and BOD in strategic Management.
Environmental Scanning: External- (Macro and Micro) environment appraisal, , Porter Five Forces Model for Industry Analysis, Organizational Appraisal, SWOT.
Strategic Implementation:
Concept, Aspects and Issues in Strategic Implementation. Resource Allocation, Functional Implementation.
Evaluation and Control:
Meaning of Strategic control, Elements of a Strategic control system- Feed forward control, Feedback control and concurrent control.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)–
Concept, Definition, Friedman’s Traditional view and Carroll’s Modern view of CSR, Responsibility towards various Stakeholders.
